“Close your mind’s  eye and gently meditate on a deep space of rest-fullness , deep within your heart chakra.

Now imagine a very bright light shining down upon you , covering you fully from head to toe. A spiritually empowering light of purity and peacefulness is entering every pore and cell of your body. See yourself breathing in through your heart chakra of wisdom , and see the brilliant golden light entering every pore and cell of your body and your aura. Gratitude is now becoming a strong vibrational quality of your consciousness and see it  spreading out from your body to your aura and then into your environment. The energy of purity and wisdom and strength unfolding into the trees , plants, birds and butterflies. All the people around you also resonating with the same vibrational frequency of gratitude.
