Anxiety only vanishes when the mind gets merged with the light of love . Repentance for the sins committed in the past , can vanish especially when we are healing , it is the  essential condition for spiritual progress. Spontaneously drawn to the goodness of the light and to be happy when others are happy. To be like the bird that rests in a courtyard only for a moment and then flies away, heal without expectation or recognition. Leaving things and people when it is time for them to go.
