“Healing without expectation“

“In Sikhism the concepts and spiritual ideas are the same in discharging our devotional duties, but emphasis is put on the role of the Guru ( The Master)and Nirguni Bhakti. ( devotional healing under Divine grace but without expectation) .  Many of us think that we are spiritually correct and strong when we heal the self only, but the real healing begins in the outside world, healing even when engaged in work and thought of the self but healing others. Lord Krishna, after all his teachings in the concluding chapter of The Bhagavad Gita says. “ Keenly devoted to his own duties, man attains perfection only when he performs his dharma(selfless duty) and moves ahead only serving, and through this, only, purification of the heart leads to evenness of mind and knowledge that leads to God realisation. “
