Affirm that you are gently and calmly receiving a stream of loving, compassionate, healing strands of light entering your crown chakra. See these strands entering your body and your aura body as you are flooded with the light. Now see these serpentine strands leaving your aura body and entering your home, work place , the crown chakras of the people you love and live with. Continue to work with the light, till you see yourself just as a heap of golden strands.
