“I establish myself in the moment, where I have breath in my body, where I have life, where I think of all the wonderful things in this life that I am grateful for. I bring my hands in a namaste position and I thank this gift called life!”

Financial loss, cheating and being tricked by the world are painful experiences that create deep wounds in our mental and emotional wellbeing putting us at risk of never trusting another.

The patterns that evolve on our soul’s destiny and from our Akashic Records sometimes leave us bewildered. Yet, we have to heal the patterns in order to get past the trauma, the unbearable feelings, and the fears of not being able to function as a normal human being again. Healing brings us to a point where we are transformed into acceptance. We must be open to the spiritual light that comes with the creation of grief and loss. Allow the light to flow through the spine and enter the “karmic kumbh”…. The vessel of nectar and good fortune to overflow.

As the nectar overflows into our root chakra at the base of our spine, we are able to move and heal more.

Healing hugs of blissful acknowledgement of beauty and grace. Love from the amazing wonderful Creators of this body and mind. Love you all. “
