Fit for the Divine….

The fasting self is always harmonising with the body and the mind. The self is showing the strength of the personal spirit in which the soul appears as the most favourite friend. It is here, where the turning around of the seat of consciousness begins ….. a personal revelation of who we are in the now!

“We have a strong pattern of being lost souls, wandering aimlessly with no goal in life, other than a desire for material wealth.

We must have a more definitive motive in life, an overpowering need to heal the self and move towards a higher purpose.

An overpowering force of nature telling us to move towards a higher commitment in life to heal more and spiritualise everything. A thirst for spiritual understanding, to heal the world and improve the various conditions in the world that are leaning towards passion and hate crimes, war and brutality.

The growing understanding that rajas guna ( the passion) brings only materialistic pursuits. We have to cultivate a growing interest in healing and the spiritual dimensions bringing spiritual meaning to life and healing. This will eventually makes us an observer and a witness to healing and the healing process of spiritual transformation and spiritual wellbeing.

Just stay to heal and grow the light.
