Leading us to strongly hold on to the light and with pleasure share it with one and all. These sounds and lights awaken the centres of memory to shake us to the core and we reawaken to the music of our soul self. The song of our body self, SO-HUM, the in and the out breath. The connection to I AM, I am only this breath.
