One day at a time , we measure our give and take and then hesitatingly move ahead to reassess the role that the other is playing. The reason we sometimes hold back is , so that, we can protect ourselves from rejection and hurt. As healers, we are willing and wanting to heal all the obstructions and hurdles , not only for ourselves but also for thd others.
