“Every single breath of this life is precious, that no word of praise is adequate for it. Placed through divine grace, in the midst of auspicious region, auspicious time and auspicious association, the healer in the twinkling of an eye understands that not a single breath should be wasted. This period of human life and breath is very precious. Let alone ordinary money, even gems and jewels cannot buy you your breath. So let’s connect to the sound of “SOH” on the in breath and “HUMM ” on the out breath and honour your life breath. Affirm that you are centred in bliss.
