“As we connect to the golden and purple light of the healing realms coming down from the Source of the heart of hearts, we must stop at least in this moment to look at our life in this hour.

The desires and distractions that consume us on an hourly basis, leaving us obsessive and grasping for material things, must be experienced in order to make way for the light immediately. We must catch the glowing glimpses of the self in meditation in the gold and purple light with the healing webs creating networks of light to anoint us with pleasure and happiness.

This spiritual journey then feels like we are coming out of a dark tunnel into a clear and radiant space, filled with the healing light bringing us only more joy and wellness. Inspired and exhilarated by the descending rivers of multi coloured lights, our soul emerges to partake of the light from these new dimensions and healed moves in to help us heal this life as well.

In this hour of freedom we begin to uncover new joys, peace and confidence that fills us with wonder that all can be healed in this hour.

Stay and receive the light in this hour and every hour.
