“Introducing the healing light into everything that we do in our daily life is important.

Introducing the mind to the gentle nature of our thoughts cascading down from another realm establish and stabilise understanding and give us reason to search for the real opportunities for liberation.

Even though the healing presence of the light presents itself naturally to all of us, still most of us are totally unprepared for its sheer presence in our hearts.

Filling us with humility and compassion. The vast and subtle depth of its simplicity and willingness to participate in our healing process is majestic.

Immense light spreads everywhere as you read further; you will be fully immersed in a very vibrant radiant light, milky white in colour and presence and filling you up with a vision of rainbow coloured sprays of light spreading out of your aura in every direction.

Stay in this visualisation and affirm-“I am joyfully sharing this immense light with one and all and simultaneously surrendering and opening up to receive more.” Repeat 7 times.
