Gently relaxing into the heavenly golden light, affirm that ……“I am a human soul who has been living through this darkness and today I am willingly coming into the light of plentifulness.”

…… I am freeing myself from the past. Breaking old patterns and beliefs, letting go of the old programming on my soul, letting go of the addiction to blame, pain and suffering. I bring myself into this moment of silence and deep healing and forge through the golden light to emerge and willingly accept the change.
