Meditation:

Gently close your eyes. Breathe in the colour red: Begin to chant “LAM.”Chanting loudly ;  see yourself in a space of being healed. The 72,000 Nadis filled with the illuminating red light activating solidified actions of human enterprise. You are gently activating new positive karma. The red light creating new and important links. The space around you expanding and the space filling up with the colour of the red light coming from the Source of Divine Human Manifestation. The gentle radiant nadis projecting the light into your new unfolding purpose of human life from birth to death. Liberate the self from binding blocks and negative  associations , knowing that you are healed, plus healing all the others.
