Surrendering the false ego I am instantly reminded of my blessings and healing prayers. Feeling the billions of cells flowing with the golden light, I know that my body is being rejuvenated in this moment. As I focus on the heart, the blood carries the golden light into the cave of the heart, and I heal spontaneously.

Feeling the connections replenished by the presence of the light, Mother Earth brings us the ability to stay grounded and move towards, water, fire, space and air.

Pushing the body to remain centred in the light , we create a beautiful life journey ahead.

Staying in the meditative self with respect and gratitude leaves us feeling healed, whole and complete.
