If we do not look out and be visionary’s in heeding and looking carefully at all things that influence us, then we are not doing a great job of being ourselves. Our soul has to be able to live by our own standards of living in the body and healing with equanimity all that needs to be healed.

We must never neglect deep spiritual aspects of ourselves. We must take heed and navigate our soul’s journey with spiritual expertise.

If we take heed of the serious warnings, and fundamentally change the course of our life, we will be willingly changing the course of our destiny and the health and long term well being of our body.
