This mountain trail that we begin to climb takes us to the summit of our ancestors, where their light resides. It is here that we get the maximum strength and inspiration to move ahead with equanimity. It is this point of union that enables us to emerge with the change to heal more, especially the wounds unhealed, so that as we heal on; all trauma is nullified. We then grow more and more free.

Thus we heal on. Life time after lifetimes.
