As I gently close my eyes , I meditate on the purple and pink light flowing out of my eyes. I see wisdom and love everywhere. As I spread this energy everywhere, I repeat :-

“ As I heal all my actions in this life, pure and impure. I heal all the links of this and other lifetimes. I am free of all negative results.”

Repeats this affirmation seven times.

Thank the pink and purple light.
