Changes in the self occur sometimes and yet we want the self to be conscious all the time. Sometimes we also connect to the effulgence of the inner heart self, and think that someone else is responsible for healing our destiny or it should happen automatically.

The reality is that we have to be a willing participant , to heal the self and all that surrounds the self. Just as the eye cannot see itself, thus the witness self cannot witness itself.

We can witness our bodily sensations, our emotions, our mental state, but, who is that one who is witnessing all that which is changing?

It is that witness self that is always unchanging. The awakening is happening, don’t let it go back without noticing the future that is bright and beautiful.

Spontaneous and permanent is the witness self, always charged with the light to shine and glow.

Just remain and heal all the time.
