Affirmation for the Month of August : 2026“

“I establish myself in the moment, where I have breath in my body, where I have life, where I think of all the wonderful things in this life that I am grateful for. I bring my hands in a namaste position and I thank this gift called life!”

The pristine light of the heart is always shining to show us the road less travelled. Yet, we are sometimes surprised by how beautiful the world around us is and how easy it is to change. We strive to change others but the truth is that we have to change ourselves. The only difference between the world, the other and the way we live and think is that we have different choices, different destinations, different dreams and experiences. Our intentions may match but the way of thinking controls our choices. One pure act in truthfulness makes us more resolute in our spiritual endeavours.

So continue to heal we must.

The only way we will live our dreams is to make the best possible plans for gratefulness for all we have.
