“There are many aspects to us and our healing world but there are two aspects that truly stand out.

The first is the willingness to heal with pure listening without discriminating against others. The self and all the others deserve the same forgiveness and the compassion that we accord to ourselves and we happily receive. We must not reject with a sense of duality, we have a responsibility for ourselves and the whole world. So being truthful in the moment is the highest responsibility. We can only function in the real world and live well when we are healing the self. Conceptualise and consolidate the healing experience in all circumstances.
