“Our heart is always wanting to touch the truth of joy and happiness, and yet so many of us spend lifetimes in agony .

There is a deep commitment in the hearts of all humans within this world that we should all align with the joy of loving each other and yet many of us do not even touch the outer sphere of this loving embrace of each other wihin this universe.

When we put our hands on the heart we are touching our human goodness,  our vulnerability and a deep desire for happiness. When we give our heart to others, then we extend those same feelings to others that we have for ourselves, and  our feelings of compassion and love unfold and we begin to share unconditionally.

Repeated exposure to people with whom we have the closest bonds;  bring us positive and loving embraces that we can then share with others.

Build long term relationships to live in the centre of deep love.
