“We use the breath in a variety of ways, when we are healing and meditating.
It is an instrument to calm down the busybody mind. Whenever we notice that our consciousness is drifting and we need to anchor it, we use our breath to calm down and relax.
Breathing in the light further helps us to stay positive and healing. Daydreaming, replaying old memories, making plans, having imaginary arguments or even worrying about the people we love, we just have to begin breathing in the light and we will see ourself surrounded by love.
Whatever stands out the most in our life journey is what needs the most attention.
The palms of the hands and the soles of our feet are always connected to the heart and channeling the light to our body and our life.
The emotions, the pain, the hurts, the traumas all come up to be healed. Like thoughts and body sensations , the breath is also important as it shows us where we need to heal and what we must heal.
