“As the year is ending and the routines of the year gone by , being reflected upon, we will be willingly trying to change some of the things that did not suit us.

Yet there will be many who will still be trying to manipulate a change through will power and self reflection. The reality is that we need to change our minds about what happens when we will fully want to do things and in the other hand when we spontaneously heal our every action. In the new year we must stay away from grasping, flickering, looking unstable and endlessly minding others business.
