“The transfer of DNA at the cellular level giving us the opportunity to contain and spread the light.

We have to allow ourselves to connect with our own heart energy. How the heart feels with the self. When we receive divine healing, we know that our body has to open up. Our energy is open, our body reciprocating. Expanding and receiving. Lightly and rhythmically.

All the cells in the body harmonically vibrating at the cellular structure, moving to create bonds of attachment in the divine spheres, our sacred space, a sanctuary powerful, blissful and peaceful.

We have to be thankful for being present, receiving the healing gift, and finally being able to put down what one has been holding for lifetimes, far too long, for far too many people. Sometimes we take on burdens that we never agreed to carry. We sometimes do it because there was no choice. Because we learned that love means we are not allowed to fall apart. We have to be kind, and belong to ourself. Not everything that’s heavy is ours to carry, not any more.
