This shimmering light is hugging you, your aura, your bones and your muscles. See each pore and cell , each atom and molecule of your being , filled with the light, being caressed and loved by this gigantic hug. Eventually this shimmering light is hugging your feet and each toe like a sock, allowing the space around you to be also calm and serene.

Know that you are connected to Mother Earth and you are healing all that you are touching, tasting, smelling, hearing and seeing. Connect to your emotions, your situations, your desires and know that all the ideas, fantasies, visualisations and imaginations are being healed through your healed higher self in the now.
