“Meditation.

As you are reading this beautiful meditation, know that there is a beautiful golden lotus appearing at the top of your head simultaneously along with one swimming with you in the lake of your heart.

As you watch the mind lotus ( above your head) and the heart lotus ( in the lake of your heart) , the golden lotuses open , now you will become aware of a shiver in your physical body or a slim line of gold caressing you internally along your spinal column. Know that this process of collaboration ignites a new intelligence of good fortune to move into your heart and your mind. See bursts of gold in your mind’s eye, and know that you are restoring wellness in your world.

A beautiful golden light shimmering and flowing upon you and bathing you, rivers of golden light flowing away from you and beautiful rainbow coloured lotuses flowing in this river of good fortune.
