See the rays and ribbons of light gently caressing you , your aura, your home and your work place. See that everything about you is friendly and at peace. Now send this effulgent light by thought to issues you may be dealing with. Now send this light to your loved ones. See yourself gently becoming only light.

Affirm I am grateful and satisfied. See the pot of gold gently slipping down through your head to your throat and then gently sliding into your heart.

See all the light now dissolving in your heart.
