“If you feel hesitant or unable to heal yourself daily, know that it is because you love the pain and suffering.

You love to live under the umbrella of harming yourself. If you feel that you don’t have the strength , courage, compassion or willingness to heal, just seek assistance from the inner heart to keep flowing with love and light . You will have initiated a change, and in this moment you have changed; you  have wholeheartedly connected  to your breath, affirming that healing is equally or more important than your positive desires. In this moment know that you are flooded with the golden light and immersed in a new consciousness that inspires you to heal on.

Know that all of you is  being filled with compassion and you are simply healing forever.
