“We are a race of complex thought and action that seldom matches up with the light guiding our  spiritual consciousness. We are hurtling through space to create a beautiful space for wellness and success but we seldom reflect on what makes us happy. All of us know that somewhere deep within us there is anguish and hate and a deep helpless resentment towards our own destiny.  We flow easily with the negative vibrations of complaints , always blaming the other, rather than taking action to resolve to change the self.

We must take action today to do something that makes us happy , and satisfied , connect to the self.
