The clear instructions inspire us to use the methods, which are essential to healing from the heart all the residual pain. The more we listen the more guidance we receive from within our hearts  and the voice of the world outside. The greater our ability to communicate with the people, the better we are capable to communicate through our actions and our thoughts. Our hearts opens up to the world and our minds and hearts are spontaneously connected with each other and healing. For us and the world around us.
