There are two parts of you living in your heart, one is the spiritual connection to your soul , where the voice of wisdom is slowly flowing through your mind, body, spirit to align with your heart and soul. To take you to the innermost voice of intelligence and knowledge where the supreme power rests and guides.

The other is our ego self, always demanding, calculating and controlling our narrative. As the false ego self is quietened and put to rest by the consistent healing energies , is when the memory of our real spiritual self awakens and the splendour and the confidence returns to persuade us to heal again in this life time. Increasing clarity and understanding with confidence, we move ahead healing all. The truth appears to remind us to be grateful and aligned with the sparkling light. Loving and healing the self and our world.
