“When we go searching outside, all the time looking for more, the searching itself becomes an obsession and it takes over and we forget what we were looking for in the first place.

We become unhealed and looking for healing everywhere, and never getting anywhere. A healing and loving way forward is to focus on what we already have in our heart, compassionately and skilfully centred in healing more, despite all the obstacles and instructions. Be present in the moment, be patient and always remain connected to the light in humility and devotion. What is essential is to find the light, hold it tight, share it right and sleep well in the night.

Difficulties, frustrations, contradictions, imperfections, obstructions and impatience healing in this moment, stay centred in the act of remaining healed.
