We all look to know what we want to keep in our mind and heart. It is our mind that creates the vision, the idea, the concept and the design. Then we conjecture and then we create a story that could be hiding the truth or even be helping us to create a new story.

We have to let the inner mind be empty to be able to create a barrier between the inner and the outer self. Be still and know the depth of your silent mind.

Let everything be transparent, be still and see the designs of all the other’s thoughts.

Thoughts, emotions, activities of the visions, the knowing and the seeing translate into just a look.
