“As we look out of the window, we are looking at the major reasons of how and why we have managed to create a brutal world, like the one in which we are now living in.

As we look around we see a world with very little compassion. Bereft of human compassion , we travel through life leaving our true self behind and we cannot see the light and love. Sometimes we connect to the most powerful and affluent people in the world, and yet they seem so poor and dismembered from society.

People living affluent lives, travelling and spending, yet without a single thought about their spiritual purpose or direction. This really saddens the heart, as everyone is missing the comfort of the heart, having no memories of love and compassion.

It is only the spiritual light that can shield us from the wrath and suffering, yet we abandon the healing action, paving the way forward towards loneliness and abandonment.

Our view out of the window has to change, as we change, creating a river of forgiveness filled with compassion. It is time to take another look at how we treat ourselves and the other.

Stay strong and take care of yourself in the spiritual light.
