“Once we feel comfortable in our skin, then we are able to establish calmness in our ability to love ourselves.

Gradually we are able to open our eyes to see all the good qualities of self love . When we fall in love with ourselves, we find our gaze is full of love for the world around us. It is the most sublime love that we can feel and give to the world around us. So many people that are loving have a great sense of purpose to love the world they live in, and yet there are many who learn to hate. So many countries have also changed. There has been so much turmoil and tragedy, war and terrible destruction all over the world. Yet , the human race still has to learn to love one another.

We have to make love more real than just a dream. When we look deeply, we know that everyone has love in their heart, but the way to express it is different. Love is permanent and it is a beautiful feeling of expression. So, today pledge to express love to someone you care for, someone you know well and show love to even someone you don’t know. One just needs to be generous with the positive thoughts.

That is how life is lived well. Healing with love is the highest expression of self love.
