“There is neither good or bad in the heart chakra.

Therefore I often tell you that stay in the heart, in silence ( the anahat chakra) . Resolve may appear and  disappear, but, think at the very outset that the resolve does not in reality come, it only goes. Whatever acts we did in the past, or whatever program or activity we are planning for the future, it is only memory that flashes forth on the mental plane. The fact is that things stored in our memory bank come up in our mind only when they are planning their exit.

So, continue to watch the thoughts going and build on the silent thought and remain in the heart of compassion, healing all.
