Connect to a river of blue light slowly entering your back heart chakra. See this light filling up your spinal column.

This is the light of wisdom in the heart. See your whole body turning a melodious brilliant bluish gold. Affirm that every pore and cell of your body is creating a strong vibration of consciousness which takes you on a path of inner reflection. Think about three things that are important to you , one for today , one tomorrow and then one forever. Send healing for today, send healing blue light to tomorrow and send out healing bluish gold light to forever. Smile and connect to that part of your heart that makes you happy within. Smile and connect to that part of your third eye consciousness that makes you wise.
