During the day we are tied to the remembrance of our weaknesses. Every night when we forget the world and sleep , we also forget our limitations. In deep sleep we are pure spirit, one with our infinite self . Consciously or unconsciously, we are with the Divine . Hold on to the thought that every night you are with the light in the presence of the Divine, only temporarily do you forget this in the day time . Healing the self reminds us and connects us to that consciousness in this moment.
