Meditation:

Gently close your eyes. Breathe in the colours Pink/Black/White/Brown.

Begin to chant “ KRITAH .” Chanting loudly ;  see yourself in a space of being healed. The 72,000 Nadis filled with the Pink/Black/White/Brown light glowing in the sight centre, the pink/black/white/brown light activating all the sights and beauty of the world and the people around you . You are gently activating new life choices for yourself and all that you see. The   light creating new and important deliverance of the reality that is full of truth and sincerity. The space around you expanding and the space filling up with the colours coming from the Source of Divine Sights. The gentle radiant nadis projecting the light into your aura and your energy fields. Heal the centre of truth and positive thoughts and deeds coming from knowing that you are healed, plus healing all the others as you complete all interactions with new visions of all that is manifestating.
